The Company was founded by the unique combination of three accomplished entertainment entrepreneurs, Lee Rosenberg, Larry Rosen, and GRAMMY® Award winner, Ramsey Lewis (the “Founders”), who have come together with unparalleled talent and expertise to establish a new approach for enriching and entertaining music audiences. These executives have produced exceptional music content over several decades. Historically, the music industry has narrowly defined its primarily youth-focused efforts on single-artist contracts dependent on large promotional budgets to push recorded product. If the artists are not successful – and 95% are not – the industry moves on to the next artist, and so on. This cycle keeps repeating and leads to a declining business model.
LRSmedia instead concentrates on building brands, and utilizing established and rising stars to package branded product to a widely targeted demographic across a broad-based media platform. LRSmedia creates its music programming working with the latest advances in technology, such as HDTV and 5.1 Surround Sound in compelling television programming, and then creates ancillary programming and products, such as radio programming, DVDs, CDs, digital media, books, and touring to market and monetize the brands.
