LRSmedia formed a strong partnership with global electronics powerhouse Samsung Electronics in 2006. This exciting partnership has allowed LRSmedia to use alternative promotion channels for its properties. Examples include pairing product on Blu-ray with all Samsung Blu-ray players sold in Europe, including a performance on Samsung’s Blu-ray demo disk used to demonstrate Blu-ray for all retail accounts, and including the LEGENDS OF JAZZ theme song on 2 million of Samsung’s new K5 MP3 players which launched in Fall 2006.

| Etrade is a corporate sponsor of the LEGENDS OF JAZZ series. LRSmedia and Etrade ran a successful online cross-marketing campaign during the launch of the series as well. Etrade continues to have a large presence of the LEGENDS OF JAZZ site still today, and its logo is featured on every video player. |

Marantz |
| A 2006 partnership between LRSmedia and this high-end home entertainment equipment manufacturer greatly benefited both the LEGENDS OF JAZZ consumer and the typical high-end buyer through strong cross-promotional efforts. To benefit their consumers, Marantz included a free copy of “Showcase” on DVD with the purchase of any of their DVD players. LRSmedia ran ongoing sweepstakes of Marantz equipment on www.legendsofjazz.net to drive its consumers to become members of the LEGENDS OF JAZZ community base. |

International Association for Jazz Education (IAJE) |
| The partnership between LRSmedia and the International Association for Jazz Education, formed in 2004, focuses on music education initiatives. Working together toward the common goal of educating future generations on jazz and its legends, LRS and IAJE have co-produced custom complimentary study guides for LEGENDS OF JAZZ, and will create special programs for the tour in the fall of 2007 for music students and educators. The IAJE was a partial underwriter of LEGENDS OF JAZZ and LRSmedia is a supporter of IAJE’s Campaign for Jazz with revenue shares and discounts. |
